Home owners: We can perform all of your drafting & cad needs from as-built drawings,

(the present condition of your property), drawings of the new or proposed space,

including but not limited to all required floor, foundation, roofing, elevation,

electrical & plumbing plans that your local Planning & Building and Safety Departments

will require for submitting to obtain permits. We can also show with great clarity

using our near-photographic quality rendering software what your project will

look like in different colors and/or materials and textures. Truly the only limit

is your imagination.

Contractors: We can help you get job by providing your client or prospective client with

renderings and 3-Dimensional views that your competition can't and at a reasonable rate.

Let me say straight up that we will not be the "cheap guys" that do your plan and

design work. But we will be the better value for you. Even if you are a 'design build'

firm we may be able to give you a competitive advantage in this market. After more than

Designers: We can take your designs & ideas and put them on paper or on the web so your

clients can better visualize your design ideas. They can even see our model and your

design vision on their computer for their inspection and approval.
